Both involves breath

Slowing time

Thoughtlessness

Just being

This moment alone

Sense of freedom

Less care of self projection

Controversially they both feel the absence of consciousness more deeply and want to catch it for a second

And again

Maybe instead of catching

One can throw

Love for a Moment

Without expectation

And find out what fills inside in the well of collective

Maybe look at the addict again

Maybe he want to connect more than anyone
